I made this card for Ann's challenge this week. It was the color combo of Not Quite Navy, Kraft and either white or neutral. I used the Anchored Rub-ons, Satin ribbon, and Background Basics stamp set, along with the textiles white/polka dot paper. This card actually turned out very cute but I am not sure I care for how the picture turned out. It is casting a shadow under the saying which is up on dimensionals, along with under the ribbon.
